Mental Health Summit

Strong Minds, Stronger Communities: Strengthening Mental Health in Arizona

We are at a turning point for mental health in Arizona—and we can’t do this work alone. The State of Mind: 2025 Mental Health Summit brings together leaders, providers, educators, advocates, and community members to strengthen mental health across our state.

In Arizona, 1 in 4 adults report symptoms of anxiety or depression, and more than half of youth with major depression go untreated. Real change starts when we come together, share ideas, and take action.

Join us for a full day of powerful conversations, practical tools, and actionable opportunities to make a meaningful mental health impact. Whether you work in public health, education, policy, healthcare or simply care deeply about mental health, this is your space to learn, connect, and lead.

Join us on October 16, 2025.
