Four Priorities, One Healthier Arizona

We make our state’s greatest health challenges our priority. The Foundation partners with changemakers to improve mental health, chronic
conditions, health equity, and overcome substance use disorder.

Preventing and Managing Conditions, Empowering Arizonans

Conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer are among the most common and costly health challenges facing Arizonans. We’re tackling these issues by expanding access to screenings, support, and lifestyle management.

In 2024, the AZ Blue Foundation helped provide more than 800,000 preventive services and screenings, and hundreds of A1C tests and risk assessments.
